Select wheel and tyre combinations for off-road competition use only. Shipping available for domestic customers only Australia wide. Please note that remote locations within Australia may incur an extra courier charge. It is strictly the customers responsibility to research and adhere to local rules and regulations surrounding fitment of their vehicle. Please note that rules and regulations are unique across Australia. It is the customers responsibility to research the laws surrounding aftermarket wheels in their state or territory. Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for an incorrect purchase. Bud's Tyres will not be liable for lost, unclaimed or stolen deliveries. By placing an order online you agree to the above.
STORE POLICY

Please contact the store directly for our warranty & refund policy on wheels & tyres.
We are not responsible nor liable for paying and/or obtaining any necessary judicial, statutory, government and/or utility fees, expenses, orders, approvals, permits and/or licences required by you.
We may delay, withhold or cancel supply of an order where the goods or services are not available to supply.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or where you have ordered the incorrect product for your vehicle.
You may not cancel your order after we have dispatched your order. Once your payment has been captured, customers may be liable for any processing charges for order cancellations. If stock has been outsourced, the customer may only be eligible for a credit.
We reserve the right to:

Decline an order if required permits, approvals, or compliance obligations are unmet by the customer
RETURNS/EXCHANGES - MERCHANDISE
Return and exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of you receiving your order. It is the customers responsibility to cover the return shipping cost and additional shipping cost for the new product. If the product is deemed faulty we will cover this cost pending the authorisation of the supplier.
RETURN/EXCHANGE requests must be made through our email hello@budstyres.com
Sale items are final and are not eligible for a refund unless the item is deemed faulty.
For returns - please include your name and order number after speaking to a customer service representative. Once your order has been received you will be notified.

To request an order cancellation please contact us at HELLO@BUDSTYRES.COM with your order number. An order cancellation request must be placed before an item has been dispatched.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Listed stock marked available does not guarantee stock. Not all fitments and fitment sizes in-store are guaranteed and may be subject to change at any point in time. Price is not inclusive of fitting, balancing and tyre disposal. Funds will be held until stock levels have been confirmed by Bud’s Tyres to authorise purchase. Please allow 2 - 3 business days for stock confirmation before processing your payment.
